Going back to school-Single mother, no money

Hi, I'm Ginny and I'm a single mom to a 6yr old little boy.

I would like to find a way to move out of my mom's house and go back to school fulltime pursuing a career as a Nurse.

Ideally I would like to not work at all so I can still have some free time with my son and finish school faster without worrying about going to work.  Is that even possible?

I have no idea where to start looking.

My son's father is suppose to pay me child support but he does not work so he doesn't help me at all financially.

I declared bankruptcy and it was discharged in Nov 2005.

I am currently working 2 jobs and trying to eliminate my credit card debt (About $3K, alittle less) so I can start school without any debt at all besides my car, which I am planning on down grading as my payments are now $368 per month thanks to my stupid younger days of credit cards.

So any ideas on where to start?  I'd like to be ALL ready to go by Feb/March!

Any other things I should consider?

Do I need to quit either of my jobs before applying for Financial Aid/grants or can I continue working?

I know with just my day(fulltime)job they say I make too much for any public assistance but I still don't make enough to move out on my own.

I REALLY want to improve my son and I's lives.

Please help!
